Mohali value hunting: my investor take

Okay I'll say what no one says – most people overpay for Mohali property, especially in places like Sector 80. Everyone chases the 'hot' areas, but where are the actual price correction zones? My experience with Adani M2k and others shows you need to dig. Is genuine negotiation even possible, or are we just accepting builders' 'final' prices? Change my mind.
