Finding real value in Mohali feels impossible. I work in real estate, but buying for myself in Sector 63 is different. Any genuine price correction zones left, especially for Yashika projects? For investors, are secondary market deals actually better for negotiation than new launches? Which payment plan gives better ROI?

Bhai, Mohali mein value dhundhna toh gold dhundhne jaisa ho gaya hai. Especially Yashika projects, unka track record thoda mixed raha hai. Sector 63 mein prices already high hain, correction ki umeed kam hai. Secondary market mein negotiation ke chances zaroor milte hain, but you need to be very careful with documentation and hidden costs. New launches mein builder ke promises pe zyada bharosa karna padta hai, jo kabhi kabhi poore nahi hote. Payment plan mein Construction Linked Plan (CLP) mein thoda risk kam hota hai, but Down Payment Plan (DPP) mein discounts milte hain
