Mohali's infra boom: The timing nobody talks about
My lease ends in 4 months and I still haven't figured this out. I'm actively looking for a 3BHK in Mohali, checking out sectors like 65 and 82-84, even seen some Godrej and DLF projects. My budget is around ₹2 Cr, maybe a little more if the project is solid. But I'm honestly so confused about the timing. Dwarka Expressway almost complete hai, Global City bhi aane wala hai. Log bol rahe hain prices will shoot up like crazy. But what if most of that appreciation is already priced in? Should I jump in now, ya thoda wait karun for some correction? Or will waiting just mean even higher prices? Not sure if I'm missing something important about how these big infrastructure projects actually impact property values. Kya pata, maybe the real jump is still coming, ya fir ye sab FOMO hai. Any past experiences with such infra projects in Mohali? Builder ka track record bhi matter karega isme, right?
