Mohali's infra push won't leave affordable options.
Sector 85 — this area's potential feels huge with all the infra projects. I'm so fed up of renting, my landlord just hiked rent again, so I'm finally taking the plunge. Everyone talks about Dwarka Expressway completion and Global City driving prices up. My budget is around ₹1.5-2 Cr for a 2 or 3 BHK. I'm trying to figure out if it's already too late to find anything affordable near these big corridors. Are properties near Sector 85 or other sectors along the Expressway already fully priced in, or are there still hidden gems? I'm worried about getting caught at the peak. Builders like Godrej or Emaar seem out of reach now. What's the real investment window for capital appreciation before everything is priced in? Any tips on finding those last affordable spots?

Totally agree with the post, I'm eyeing Sector 85 too! Prices are shooting up like crazy, it feels like I missed the bus already. But maybe there's still a small window left? I heard about some projects near Airport Road, are they still affordable for a 1.5-2 Cr budget for a 2BHK?
Airport Road toh already sky-high hai, especially the Gurgaon side. Bhool jao affordable, that ship sailed a long time ago for our budget.
