Mohali's 'luxury' sectors are a total price trap.

Are Mohali ke luxury sectors totally overpriced? Everyone glorifies appreciation, but real value ka kya? Main apne bachchon ke school aur safety ke liye 3BHK dekh raha hoon Sectors 82-84 mein. 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK feels like a bubble. Koi genuine price correction zones hain Mohali mein? Change my mind.

Bhai, bilkul sahi bola! Mohali ke yeh so-called 'luxury' projects, especially near Airport Road side, they're just pushing prices up without real justification. 2.5 Cr for a 3BHK is insane for Mohali. I saw a project in 83, builder was showing me 'premium fittings' but the construction quality looked average. Lagta hai sab hype hai.
