Visited a couple of Emaar projects in Sector 65 last weekend. Yaar, I'm so fed up of renting, landlord ne phir rent badha diya. Thinking of finally taking the plunge, my budget is around ₹1.5 Cr for a 2BHK. But I'm wondering, Mohali mein abhi invest karna sahi hai kya for 2026-27? Log bol rahe hain market peak kar gaya. Should I still look at sectors like 82-84? Also, 2BHK vs 3BHK for appreciation, which is generally better here? Confused, not sure if I should wait.

Yaar, totally relate to the renting frustration! My landlord also hiked rent by 10% last month. I'm also looking in Mohali, but hearing the same 'market peak' talk. It's so confusing, feels like we're always late to the party. Should we really wait, or just jump in if we find something decent?
