Mohali's premium builders don't always justify their premium.
Spent the whole Sunday checking out options in Sector 82 and 84. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or maybe a villa. Saw some projects from DLF, M3M, and Godrej. Honestly, the brochures look great but I'm worried about the real picture. Is the construction quality really up to mark with these guys, especially after possession? Heard some horror stories about seepage and plaster cracks from other builders. Also, how are they with hidden charges? Don't want any nasty surprises at possession like extra PLC or maintenance deposits. And their customer support after booking? Do they just ghost you? Is the price jump for these projects in Sector 82/84 worth it for an end-user like me? Already have a home loan, so EMI will be a big factor. What does the community think about DLF, M3M, and Godrej specifically in Mohali?

Bhai, you hit the nail on the head! I'm also looking in Mohali and these 'premium' builders ka brochures toh kamaal ke hote hain, but ground reality alag hai. My friend bought from a big name near Airport Road (Gurgaon side) and abhi tak seepage issues se pareshaan hai. Seriously worried about construction quality post-possession.
