Mohammadpur Gujar is still a gamble for families

3 site visits to Mohammadpur Gujar and I'm still on the fence for a 3BHK. My wife's main priority is safety for the children, especially at night. How's the ground reality for families? Also, any insights on good schools nearby and admission difficulties? Is the upcoming Global City project going to change things much here?
