Sector 78 — everyone talks location, location. But monsoon mein yahaan ka drainage disaster hai. Builders ki pics jhooth bolti hain. Real waterlogging issues kya hain? Change my mind.

Totally agree yaar! I've been looking at properties in Sector 78 for months and har koi location ki tareef karta hai. But I saw some videos last monsoon, and it looked like a mini-river. Builders ki sales team toh bas sab accha accha dikhati hai. Is it really that bad for *all* projects or just specific ones?
