Mota Mava 2BHK prices: Is it the right time to buy?
₹85 lakh for a 2BHK in Mota Mava — seriously, is this the new normal? I'm looking to invest, not just buy a home, and the prices seem a bit high for the ROI I'm targeting. I checked a few projects near 150 Feet Ring Road by Balaji Group, and even Ansal API's Krishna Kunj. Sab jagah rates upar hi lag rahe hain. I'm thinking, should I wait for some price correction? Ya Rajkot mein ab yeh hi market hai? Also, secondary market mein kya deals mil sakti hain? Like, older properties around Kalawad Road. Log bolte hain wahan negotiation scope zyada hota hai. What's your experience with resale value vs. new launch? Builder se discount milna toh mushkil lag raha hai. Also, total cost kya padta hai finally? Stamp duty, registration, plus all these 'other charges' jo baad mein aate hain. Koi hidden costs bhi hote hain kya investor ke liye? Any areas still offering good value for long-term appreciation? Parents bolte hain Gondal Road side dekh lo, but I'm not sure.
