Moved in 3 months ago, still second-guessing my choice
Moved into my new place 3 months ago and I'm still second-guessing things. I almost locked in Pushpak Society at ₹1.96 Cr for easy apartment living, but Palm Grande Exclusive Villas kept tempting me with private space. Backed out fearing upkeep, honestly. Does maintenance at Palm Grande get crazy compared to Pushpak Society? What's your take?

I am also sitting on the fence right now between a 3BHK flat and a semi-built villa, heart wants open terrace but mind screams about monthly upkeep. Now that you completed 3 months, how is the society management treating initial defect complaints? Let us know if your buyer remorse is fading or actually getting worse.
Look at the current Tricity market reality. High-rise living has security, power backup and clubhouse taken care of without you running behind local plumbers. In independent setups near Saini Majra or outer sectors, water pressure issues and power cuts become personal battles daily. Pushpak Society gives peace of mind, just stop checking property apps now.
Total budget anxiety is so real yaar, I can barely sleep thinking if my own flat booking was a mistake. 3 months ho gaye and still you are doubting yourself, matlab stress never ends even after moving in?
Honestly I feel opposite, seeing land rates climb in Mullanpur Garibdass and surrounding pockets right now. Flat is a depreciating building asset while a villa gives you plot share. But then Palm Grande status itself is so vague, possession status clear hai kya builder side se?
Wahi toh main dar raha tha! If status is not even transparent on paper, why risk hard earned money? Even I was checking Rasulpur area side properties and got so confused seeing delayed schedules everywhere.
Builder side status is completely unclear for Palm Grande Exclusive Villas, no concrete timeline given on paper. This is why I ran away during site visit. If delivery stalls, you are paying rent plus heavy interest both.
Bhai 1.96 Cr is huge money for Pushpak Society, but you saved yourself massive headache by skipping villas. Villa maintenance will bleed you dry with private garden, roof seepage, exterior painting, and security staff. At least society flats have shared costs. Did you check monthly maintenance charges in Pushpak yet?
Haan bilkul, my uncle bought a villa near New Chandigarh and now he complains every single weekend. Seepage fix alone cost him 80k right after first monsoon. You did the right thing, apartment living is way safer for first-timers.
Pushpak maintenance is around 3.5k to 5k per month usually. But honestly hearing that makes me panic even more, because even that feels like a permanent EMI on top of loan EMIs! Palm Grande Exclusive Villas would easily touch 12k to 15k minimum if you count private guard and gardener upkeep.
