Honestly not sure if I made the right call moving into Ansal Aastha Mig Zone last month. Kafi flats khaali dikh rahe hain, investor units lagte hain. Resale potential pe doubt ho raha hai. Secondary market Rajkot mein Ansal Aastha ke liye kitna liquid hai? Koi experience share karo.
