What's the real deal with checking RERA registration? Just moved into my new flat at Sattva Lake Ridge last month, and the builder-buyer agreement felt super one-sided. How many of you actually properly checked the RERA details beyond just seeing a number? What red flags should I have looked for? For those who faced delays in Hyderabad, is filing a RERA complaint actually effective or just a formality? Heard some builders just pay penalties. Any real experiences?
