Since I got possession last month at Ansal Aastha Mig Zone, I've been observing things. As an investor, I'm trying to gauge the investor-to-end-user ratio here. Society mein kaafi flats khaali lag rahe hain, makes me wonder about ghost society risk. Realistically, what kind of rental yield are people getting? And for long-term capital appreciation, does this project still hold promise? Any thoughts on its resale liquidity?
