posted on 10 MayMoved into Antriksh Golf View I, some surprises
Just moved into Antriksh Golf View I last month, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The children's play area looked good in brochures, but it feels more like a small, ticked-off checkbox now. Not sure if it's genuinely safe for toddlers, the equipment seems a bit flimsy. Also, facing constant issues with the elevators. They break down quite often, and maintenance response time isn't great, especially on weekends. Is it just me, or has anyone else faced these kinds of day-to-day amenity realities here? Makes you wonder about the long-term usability of these facilities.

Yeh sunke toh lagta hai ki jab tak khud jaake na dekho, kuch pata nahi chalta. Brochures mein sab gold hota hai. Maybe kuch initial hiccups honge, but long-term mein improve hona chahiye agar RWA strong ho. Did you try contacting the builder's customer service directly, U1? What was their response, if any? Hope they are at least acknowledging the problems.
Maintenance charges kitne hain wahan pe? Often, builders charge a bomb for maintenance but deliver nothing. Is there a residents' welfare association (RWA) active jo yeh issues address kar sake?
RWA ka bhi politics hota hai yaar, easy nahi hota sabko ek page pe lana.
Maintenance charges toh Noida mein ₹3-5 per sqft normal hain, but if services are bad, it's a waste. Alistonia Estate mein bhi similar issues sunne ko mile hain. RWA usually takes time to form and become effective, aur usmein bhi bahut politics hota hai.
Antriksh ka track record toh waise bhi mixed hai, especially with some of their older projects. Possession date 2018-09-12 thi, toh abhi 5-6 saal ho gaye hain. Facilities degrade toh hongi hi, but itna jaldi aur itne basic issues? Noida mein aajkal builders bas numbers pe focus karte hain, quality pe nahi. Hum jaise first-time buyers ko toh bahut carefully choose karna chahiye, budget mein bhi rehte hue.
Oh no! Maine bhi Antriksh Golf View I consider kiya tha, price range ₹72 L se start hai, kaafi attractive laga tha. But yeh problems sunke toh tension ho rahi hai. Elevators ka issue toh serious hai, especially in a high-rise building.
Exactly! Mere ek friend ne Alpha I Greater Noida mein flat liya tha, unke yahan bhi maintenance ka same rona hai. Builder bas project sell karke bhool jaate hain. Yeh Antriksh ka RERA number UPRERAPRJ10343 hai, koi complain karega kya? Kya faayda agar facilities hi theek na ho?
Elevators toh har jagah ka problem hai yaar, but daily breakdown is too much.

Yaar, children's play area ka sunke toh darr lag raha hai. Safety is paramount, especially for first-time buyers like us jo family ke liye ghar le rahe hain. Yeh toh bahut serious issue hai.
Haan bhai, same experience. Builders ka yahi problem hai, initial glossy look dete hain bas.
