Moved into APS Royal Homes last month — here's the real talk
Okay I'll say what no one says – most Noida Extension societies cut corners on the small stuff that matters daily. Just moved into APS Royal Homes last month. Promised world-class amenities but yaar, lifts ka maintenance kitna slow hai. Ek lift toh aksar out of order rehti hai. Bachon ka play area bhi bas naam ka hai, proper shade nahi, swings broken. It's like developers sirf brochure mein dikhate hain, actual usability kaun dekhta hai? Maintenance charges toh poore lete hain. Disagree? Tell me why.

Yaar, I was actually looking at APS Royal Homes. The price range of ₹28L to ₹67L seemed good for a completed project. But if basic maintenance is an issue, then what's the point? Is it just the lifts or are there other problems too?
Haan U3, I had visited a 3BHK there last year, it was quoted around ₹60L. The flat itself was fine, but the overall society felt a bit... neglected. The play area issue U1 mentioned is definitely a red flag, especially if you have kids. Did you try speaking to the society management directly about the broken swings and lift issues, U1?
U3, I heard the common area upkeep is also not great, like gym equipment often out of order. APS Royal Homes was handed over in August 2017, so it's not a new build. Older projects sometimes struggle with funds for ongoing maintenance if the builder's not involved anymore.

Oh god, this is my biggest fear! Sab bolte hain ready-to-move le lo, but phir aisi problems sunke darr lagta hai. Thanks for the heads-up, U1.
