posted on 9 MayMoved into CEL Apartments, feeling cheated on kids' play area
Just moved into CEL Apartments last month, and honestly, children's play area dekh ke thoda disappoint ho gaya hoon. Brochure mein itna bada space dikhaya tha, but real mein it's just a small patch of grass with two rusty swings. My kids hardly use it, bolte hain boring hai aur safety bhi nahi lagti. Builder ne bola tha world-class facilities hongi, but yeh toh bas checkbox tick karne jaisa lag raha hai. Maintenance charges toh poore le rahe hain, but is this really what we're paying for? Is anyone else facing similar issues with amenities in their Delhi societies? Kya karein iska, RWA se baat karni chahiye ya builder ko complain? Not sure if it's just my building or if this is common everywhere.

Oh no! CEL Apartments mein bhi yehi haal? Yaar, yeh toh common ho gaya hai. Totally feel for you, bhai.
Inka builder kaun hai waise?
Haan bilkul! Humne bhi Anand Vihar mein ek project dekha tha, brochure mein swimming pool Olympic size ka tha, real mein bas ek bada bathtub. Builders bas marketing gimmick karte hain, quality control zero.
