Moved into M3M project, facing constant issues

Been eyeing a bigger 3BHK for the kids since last year, finally moved into an M3M project on Golf Course Ext. Road. Honestly, the finishing is so bad. We're getting constant seepage issues, and customer support after possession is non-existent. They just don't pick up. Anyone else faced this with M3M? What did you do about it?
