Moved into Maitri Apartments, something unexpected.

Moved into Maitri Apartments in March. Honestly, the security systems are not what I thought. They showed us all these CCTV points, but actual guard quality and visitor management feels pretty lax. We've had a few issues already. Are others seeing this too? What should we even expect?
