Moved into Parsvnath Platinum in Noida Extension last quarter, and honestly, thoda mixed bag experience hai. Book karte time socha tha amenities aur quality se rental income sahi milega. Abhi dekh raha hu, construction quality mein kaafi issues hain yaar. Small cracks, fittings loose. Maintenance team ko call karo toh time lagta hai. Investor point of view se, yeh sab resale value par impact karega kya? Especially parking allocation, woh lottery system toh sir dard hai. Tenants ko bhi problem hoti hai, koi proper reserved spot nahi milta. Clubhouse aur green areas toh hain, but kitna use hota hai, not sure. Investors ke liye kya yeh amenities premium justify karti hain, ya sirf initial selling point hai? Koi aur Parsvnath Platinum mein rehta hai kya? Kya aapki society mein bhi same issues hain?

Parsvnath ka naam pehle bhi suna hai aise cases mein, but Platinum ka sunke laga tha shayad better hoga. Resale value toh pakka impact hogi agar aise small cracks aur loose fittings hain. Maintenance team ka response bhi critical hota hai, especially for first-time buyers like us. Bahut tension ho rahi hai.
