Moved into Shiv Krishna Valley, daily issues are bothering me
Just moved into Shiv Krishna Valley last month, possession was in March. Honestly, things nobody told me before... Water supply kaafi erratic lag raha hai, especially subah. Is it just my tower or poore society ka issue hai? Kabhi-kabhi pressure bohot low hota hai. Aur elevators ka response time kaisa hai? Lagta hai maintenance thoda slow hai. Kya kisi ko first-hand experience hai with these daily operational challenges? Should I raise this with the RWA, or is this normal for new societies?

Totally relate! My friend bought in a project near Alpha I Greater Noida, same builder (not Shiv Krishna Valley, but a previous one). They faced similar issues for months – lifts breaking down, power cuts, water quality. Builder bola sab theek ho jayega, but it took RWA almost a year to sort things out properly. If total units are only 8 in Shiv Krishna Valley, then maybe builder ka focus hi nahi hai. ₹57-84 L for 8 units, that's not a small amount to pay for such basic problems. You deserve better
Bhai, new projects mein thode teething issues toh hote hi hain, that's a given. But water supply kaafi basic hai, usmein compromise nahi hona chahiye, especially for a project in the ₹57 L – ₹84 L range. This is a significant amount to pay for basic amenities not working. Usually, good builders sort these things out quickly, but constant issues are a red flag. Did you check the builder's past projects?
Oh no! Yaar, I was just looking at Shiv Krishna Valley for my parents. This is really concerning. Water issues are a deal-breaker for me. Is it a common thing in new societies these days?
Not always common, but depends heavily on the builder's track record and how well they manage handovers. If the project is small like Shiv Krishna Valley (only 8 units), sometimes maintenance takes a backseat because of less RWA power initially. RWA ko immediately involve karo, don't wait.
Haan yaar, seems like it. Mera friend ka project bhi same haal hai, they moved into a society near Ajayabpur and the water quality was terrible for months.
