Just moved into SKA Metro Ville last month. Honestly, daily life here is a mixed bag. Amenities looked great on paper, but actual utility is meh. Noise levels can be an issue, air quality isn't always what I hoped. For the price I paid (~₹90L), I'm wondering if I made the right call. Has anyone else felt similar, or found better value at this price point?
