Since March I've been in my new 3BHK on Golf Course Road, Godrej Properties ka project hai. Builder ne toh bilkul negotiation ka scope nahi diya, they said 'no-price-drop' policy. Ab sun raha hoon Dwarka Expressway pe kaafi potential hai, but prices already high hain. Kya lagta hai, Gurugram mein abhi bhi kahin price correction ka chance hai? Ya secondary market mein negotiate karna easy hai? Curious to know if I should have waited for a resale deal.

GCR mein already prices peak pe hain. Dwarka Expressway mein abhi bhi potential hai, but risk bhi hai.
Bhai, Godrej GCR is premium no doubt, but negotiation na milna is common for good builders. Dwarka Expressway ka hype toh hai, but investment horizon dekho. Immediate returns mat expect karo. Tumhara budget kitna tha, agar high side pe tha toh GCR theek hai.
