Moved to Marshal Green View, facing water woes
Marshal Green View — just moved in last month, but the water supply is already a headache. Tank capacity feels tiny, we're always dependent on tankers. Did anyone else buying here face similar water issues? What was your experience?

It's tough for first-time buyers like us, right? On one hand, you get a completed project and immediate possession, but then these hidden issues pop up and make daily life a struggle. Maybe there's a long-term solution the RWA is working on with the builder, but it definitely impacts the quality of life. What did the original poster finally do about their situation?
I was looking at similar projects near Alpha I Greater Noida and Ajayabpur. Builders promise the moon during sales pitches but deliver something else. Always cross-check with existing residents before finalizing anything. This water issue is a classic red flag that many builders try to hide.
Total units 60 hain, toh water demand manage karna itna mushkil nahi hona chahiye. Sounds like a serious planning or infrastructure flaw. Is the borewell inadequate or is it a distribution problem within the society? Any RERA complaints filed regarding this?
Meri toh booking thi Marshal Green View mein, but I backed out at the last minute. Water supply ka issue toh tab bhi sunne mein aaya tha, though not this severe. Plus, for a 2016 possession project, the price range of ₹41 L – ₹46 L now feels a bit on the higher side, considering the current market conditions in Noida. Glad I dodged that bullet.
Maintenance toh around 3.5-4k per month hai, which covers some water, but the tanker cost is definitely extra. RWA is trying to talk to the builder and local authorities, but no concrete solution yet. As for the 2016 possession, the initial residents managed with less load, but with more families moving in, the problem has just escalated.
Maintenance charges are usually sky-high when societies have to rely heavily on tankers. Mere uncle ki society mein Alistonia Estate mein bhi yahi haal hai. Builder ne proper infrastructure nahi diya toh extra bill bharna padta hai residents ko.
Sahi keh rahe ho. I saw a flat there listed for 45L recently, thought it was a good deal for a ready-to-move. Is the price justified for these kinds of issues? What about the maintenance charges, are they very high?
Oh no, not again! Marshal Green View mein bhi water issues? I heard similar complaints about other completed projects in the area. Builders promise the world during sales.
But it's a completed project from 2016, right? Possession date toh 2016 ki hai. How can water still be such a major issue after so many years? Did anyone check the RWA status or water bills properly before buying?
Haan yaar, bilkul sahi keh rahe ho. Mere ek dost ne bhi wahan flat liya hai, woh bhi yahi sab bolta hai. Builder ne 24x7 supply ka assurance diya tha, sab jhooth nikla.
