Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 26A last month, after paying a hefty premium for what everyone called a 'prime' location. Honestly, not sure if it was worth it. Everyone glorifies Sector 26A for its connectivity, but nobody talks about the daily water struggle. We're on tankers almost every other day, even with municipal supply supposedly active. It's ridiculous for a flat that cost me ₹2.2 Cr, especially when I was promised seamless living. The RWA says it's a 'transitional phase,' but come on, this isn't some developing area. It's supposed to be established. Are these property prices in Sector 26A truly justified given these basic issues? Or did I just fall for the hype? Change my mind.

Yaar, 2.2 Cr for a 3BHK and daily tankers? That's insane for Gurugram. Which builder is this? I was considering a project there but now I'm having second thoughts. Did you check the RERA status properly before booking?
Totally agree! Bhai, Sector 26A ka hype toh next level hai but ground reality kuch aur hi hai. Water problem is real.
