Just moved to Sector 65 last month, possession was in March. Seeing the Dwarka Expressway almost done, it makes me wonder if prices along it, even further out, have already peaked? Or are there still some affordable pockets around Sohna Road that'll see a big jump once Global City and DMIC really get going? Not sure if I jumped in too early or if there’s more appreciation coming.
