Bhai, same pinch! Gurugram mein negotiation toh naam ki cheez hai. Krisumi mein bhi? I heard they were pretty transparent. But hidden charges are the worst. Mera bhi experience kharab raha DLF projects mein near Airport Road. Builder ne maintenance ka alag se charge kar diya after
