Just moved into Uppal Marble Arch two months back, aur abhi bhi settle ho raha hoon. Finally took possession after a bit of a wait. Maine ₹5.5 Cr ke paas pay kiya for my 4 BHK, after a really long search process. Honestly, it felt like a fair deal at the time. Ab mera main concern hai capital appreciation ka. Launch se ab tak, is project ka price trend kaisa raha hai? Aur abhi bhi future mein kitna potential lagta hai? Also, I've noticed quite a few flats are still empty, lagta hai investor ratio thoda high hai. Does that affect long-term appreciation ya rental yields in Chandigarh? Any first-hand experiences ya market insights?
