Just got possession of my 3BHK in Sector 150, Godrej Properties ka project. Possession March mein mila tha, but abhi bhi kaafi finishing issues hain. Plumbing leaks, paint cracks... things nobody told me. Builder bol raha warranty mein hai. Is this normal even for RTM flats? Ya under-construction lena hi better tha?

Bhai, you're not alone! Godrej ka toh naam hai, but reality kuch aur hi hai. Mere friend ne bhi same project mein liya tha, usko toh electrical wiring mein issues aaye the. RTM ka matlab Ready To Move hota hai na, not Ready To Repair! Builder bas warranty bolke taal dete hain. Bahut tension hoti hai first-time buyers ko, especially jab life savings lag jaati hain.
Totally agree with U1. Yeh builders bas glossy brochures dikhate hain. Mera neighbour bhi Sector 1
