Moving to a compact flat: My Bengaluru thoughts

Luxury projects often have more ghost residents than actual families, that's my worry. Kids ab settle hain, so I need a smaller, manageable flat in Bengaluru. My big house is too much. I'm looking at Prestige City (ongoing) and Keya Life By The Lake (completed). Keya Life ka maintenance thoda high lag raha hai, but society seems mature. Prestige City mein investor ratio ka darr hai, kahin ghost society na ho. Keya Life ki amenities kya actual mein use hoti hain, ya bas showpiece hain? Prestige City mein toh abhi plans hi hain. Kya recommend karoge for end-users like us? Peaceful, low-maintenance ghar chahiye.
