After 35 years in our big house, kids have moved out, so selling it off. Looking for a manageable 2BHK in Greater Noida. Visited Dagar Ashiyana Prime Villas, amenities look good on paper. But is the monthly maintenance worth it? Clubhouse aur facilities actually use hoti hain ya bas showpiece? Any residents can share their experience with maintenance charges vs service quality?

Current market mein, buyers ke paas leverage hai. Bargain hard, aur builder ke past projects ka record bhi check kar lo. Koi bhi hidden charges na ho.
