Sector 137 is a good choice for compact homes, connectivity is great. But haan, resale mein negotiation depends on how desperate the seller is. Usually, 5-7% max, sometimes more if the property needs work. All-in costs can add another 8-10% easily for registration, stamp duty, broker fees, etc. Budget accordingly!
5-7% negotiation sounds right. I tried for more in Alistonia Estate, but the seller didn't budge much. My broker said current
