MR Heritage Tower: Hidden maintenance costs after possession

Why are MR Heritage Tower's maintenance charges so different from what they showed us during booking? Just got possession last month, and the actual bill is almost double. Plus, the amenities they promised, like the gym, are barely functional. Is anyone else facing this issue? Feeling quite cheated, yaar.
