Exactly yaar, MR Heritage Tower ka toh naam hi sunke dar lagta hai. Mere ek dost ne bhi wahan invest kiya tha, uska bhi same haal hai. Capital appreciation toh door ki baat, original investment bhi nikalna mushkil ho gaya hai. Builder ne toh bas promise hi kiye the, delivery ke naam pe zero. I was looking at properties in Ahinsa Khand 1 and even there the market is slow, but not this bad. So frustrating for first-time buyers like us.
