₹78 lakh for a 2BHK in MR Proview Delhi 99 Phase 2. I'm based in Dubai, can't visit. Completed project hai, toh builder ka track record for appreciation kaisa hai? Rental yield kitna expect kar sakte hain? Resale market mein liquidity hai kya? Long-term capital appreciation ke chances kaise lagte hain?
