Ghaziabad projects are on my radar. I'm based in Dubai, so can't visit MR Proview Officer City 1 or Crossings GH7 directly. What's the real ground truth on registry smoothness for both? Also, which has better rental potential and less investor-heavy population? Don't want a ghost society.

MR Proview Officer City 1? Bhai, thoda cautious raho. Builder ka track record mixed hai, especially registry ke mamle mein. Ghaziabad mein aise cases bahut dekhne ko milte hain. Dubai se buy kar rahe ho, toh aur careful rehna padega.
Exactly! Mera ek relative ne inke ek dusre project mein book kiya tha Noida mein, registry mein itna time laga diya ki mat poocho. Almost 2 saal tak ghoomte rahe. Officer City 1 ka toh status
