MRG Crown

Sector 106 — looking seriously at MRG Crown there for a 3BHK. My wife's main thing is the kids' school admission and safety, so a good society is key. Brochures look great, but I'm worried about what's actually delivered. Are the promised amenities, like the clubhouse or kids' play area, really functional post-possession? Or are they just for show, with high maintenance but no real use? Also, how's the construction quality holding up for people who've lived there a year or so? Any issues with cracks or seepage already? Trying to avoid future headaches. What's the community's honest take on MRG Crown, or similar projects in the area?
