Is MRG Primark genuinely livable, or just another brochure dream? I work in real estate, so I know the super area vs carpet area games builders play. Honestly, for ₹31-33L, I'm trying to figure out if the floor plan is actually efficient or just tiny rooms packed in. What's the real story with noise levels and air quality there, given its location? Everyone talks about the low price, but nobody mentions if it’s actually a comfortable daily home. I need off-the-record opinions on daily convenience and what it *feels* like living there, not just investment chatter. Change my mind if you think it's a hidden gem.

Totally agree with the OP! Super area vs carpet area game is so frustrating. Has anyone actually seen the sample flat or visited the site near Badshahpur?
Haan bhai, sample flat dekh ke laga ki it's more like a studio than a 1BHK. The kitchen felt like an afterthought. That whole super area vs carpet area thing is a scam, for sure. Plus, access to basic amenities like grocery stores is not great in that Badshahpur stretch right now.
