MRG Primark mein amenity delivery ka kya scene hai? Brochure mein sab dikhta hai, but possession pe real mein kya milta hai? I work in real estate, buying for myself is different. Clubhouse, green areas, usable hain ya showpiece? Construction quality, cracks, seepage ka issue hai kya after a year? Honest feedback chahiye.

Yaar, I've seen MRG Primark's brochure too, looks great on paper. But my biggest worry is the actual quality of amenities and construction. Are the green areas really usable or just for show? And what about the clubhouse, will it be fully functional by possession? I've heard horror stories about builders cutting corners. Also, is the ₹32 L – ₹33 L range inclusive of all charges or just base price? Bahut nervous hoon, pehla ghar hai.
Totally valid concerns! I'm also looking at Primark, and the pricing strategy is confusing. Some agents say ₹32 L is all-inclusive, others quote extra for EDC/IDC. It's tough to get a clear picture. And yes, the green areas often end up being neglected patches.
