Since last year, I've been tracking Gurgaon properties from Dubai for investment. I'm looking at MRG World's projects, maybe in Block C. Builders like MRG World quote pretty high. Kya lagta hai, for a 2BHK around ₹1.5 Cr, kitna realistic negotiation possible hai? I'm based in Dubai, so site visits are tough. Also, what about hidden charges? I hear about unexpected costs at possession, beyond stamp duty and registration. Koi specific examples hain jo builders hide karte hain? Ground-level info is bahut important for my ROI. Any tips on uncovering these costs beforehand?

Bhai, MRG World ke projects toh kaafi hyped hain. 1.5 Cr for a 2BHK in Block C sounds steep, especially considering their delivery timelines. Negotiation on the base price might be tough, they usually play on other charges. Be very careful with what they commit verbally versus what's in the agreement.
