Just moved into MRS Ultra Floors last month, and things are a bit different. Noise levels are higher than expected; anyone else feel this? Also, what's the actual society vibe like after settling in?

It's tough with new projects. Builders promise the moon, but daily life is different. Given the current market conditions in Ghaziabad, are these issues impacting resale value already? What's the general sentiment about property appreciation in this specific micro-market?
I had visited MRS Ultra Floors a few months before possession. The sales team really pushed the 'exclusivity' of just 3 units. But I noticed the building is quite close to the main road. That's usually a red flag for noise, especially in a busy area like Ghaziabad. My friend bought in Abhay Khand, and even there, with proper planning, road noise can be an issue. Always check location deeply, guys.
Exactly! I bought in Ahinsa Khand II, and made sure my flat wasn't road-facing for this very reason. It's a small detail but makes a huge difference to peace and quiet.
Good point about the main road! Didn't think of that.
Possession toh April 1st mila tha, right? Itni jaldi noise issues? What kind of noise are we talking about?
Honestly, for ₹1.6-1.8 Cr and only 3 units, I expected a much more serene environment. This builder, MRS, has a history in Ghaziabad. I heard similar complaints from their project near Ahinsa Khand 1 a few years back. Are these independent floors even properly soundproofed? This price range should guarantee peace.
I actually got a chance to speak to a previous buyer from their Afzalpur project. He mentioned that while the initial handover was smooth, some structural issues and common area maintenance became headaches later on. For ₹1.6 Cr, we need more than just 'luxury' branding; actual quality matters. Noise is a huge deal for daily comfort.
3 units mein bhi itna problem? This is shocking for the price.
Totally agree U2! Their project in Achchheja also had some quality issues initially. My uncle lives there. It eventually got sorted but took time. Is this builder known for cutting corners?
Oh god, finally someone said it! I've been feeling the same about the noise. What floor are you on?
Haan, main ground floor par hoon, aur road noise toh jaise ghar ke andar hi aa rahi hai. Expected better for this price point, no?
Upar ki floor par bhi same haal hai, bhai. Noise insulation ka issue lag raha hai.
