MRS Ultra Luxury Independent Floors mein actual residents ka kya experience hai? I'm looking at a 3BHK, but the carpet area efficiency seems off for the price. Kya daily living ke liye space comfortable hai, ya sirf show ke liye hai? Aur neighbourhood ka scene kaisa hai? Schools, markets kitne paas hain? Samajh nahi aa raha if it's genuinely a good home.

I'm looking at a 3BHK, but the carpet area efficiency seems off for the price. ₹1.6 Cr – ₹1.8 Cr for just 3 units, that too completed in 2024-04-01, seems a bit much for the space they are offering. Kya daily living ke liye space comfortable hai, ya sirf show ke liye hai? Aur neighbourhood ka scene kaisa hai? Schools, markets kitne paas hain?
