Was supposed to decide by last month but just moved into my Ansal API flat in Mullanpur. Yaar, hidden charges baad mein pata chale. Negotiation kitna possible hai on new bookings vs resale? Kya secondary market mein better deal milti hai?

Kya secondary market mein better deal milti hai? I'm feeling so cheated, these extra costs were never discussed transparently. Now my EMI calculations are all off. Any advice from someone who's been through this? Should I have waited for resale?
