Kitne hidden charges hote hain yaar, koi batata hi nahi! Reputed Builder ki site visit ki thi Mullanpur Garibdass mein. Brochure mein kuch aur tha, par quotation aayi toh maintenance, PLC, club charges sab extra. Mera pura budget ka calculation galat ho gaya. Should I trust these initial numbers? Kya sab builders aise karte hain?

U6, PLC stands for Preferred Location Charges, agar aapko park-facing, top floor ya corner unit chahiye toh extra dena padta hai. RERA Act ke तहत, builder ko 'all-inclusive' price show karna chahiye, but they often list base price and then add these. The only way is to get a full, itemized cost sheet *before* paying any token amount. And check their RERA registration documents online, sometimes even there the charges are broken down differently.

Yaar, mera toh Manimajra mein bhi yahi haal hua tha 2 saal pehle. Brochure mein flat price dikha ke, end mein parking, EDC/IDC, GST, electrical charges, if you want a corner unit then PLC, sab add kar diya. Itna gussa aaya tha, but option bhi nahi tha kyunki booking amount de chuka tha. Lagta hai first-time buyers ko phansana inka business model hai.

Builder ka naam nahi lena chahta, but sab bade players hain.
