Been looking for 8 months now, and honestly, buying for myself is way harder than selling. I'm in real estate, so I know the marketing spin. I've been eyeing Mullanpur, especially with the New Chandigarh Master Plan and PR-7 Airport Road connectivity. Everyone's talking about appreciation, but is it real, or just future promise? Are properties by Omaxe or ATS in that zone still affordable enough for good ROI? Or have prices already peaked because of these ongoing infra projects? What's the ground reality on potential delays for this promised infra? Don't want to get stuck with a delayed project.
