Just moved into my 3BHK in Omaxe New Chandigarh last month, possession was in March. Honestly, the parking situation here is something nobody really talks about during site visits. My building has decent basement parking but for guests, it’s a bit of a scramble sometimes. I'm thinking about the future appreciation here, especially with the New Chandigarh Master Plan and the IT Park expansion. How much impact will these really have on investment potential in say, 3-5 years? Is it all priced in already, or is there still significant ROI to expect? Are there any upcoming developments in Mullanpur that could unexpectedly boost or hinder value? Hope this helps someone think beyond just the flat itself.
