Mullanpur prices: Broker ne galat bataya?

Did a site visit to Omaxe Mullanpur yesterday. Broker ne 3BHK ₹90L quote kiya, but actual site pe ₹1.1Cr plus PLC, IDC jaise hidden charges. Budget pura hil gaya! Fed up of renting, but yeh price mismatch Mullanpur mein normal hai kya?

Bhai, this is absolutely normal in Mullanpur, especially with Omaxe. They always quote low to get you in, and then on site, it's a completely different story. Mera bhi same experience hua tha last year. It's so frustrating when you think you've found something in budget!
