Mundhwa keeps coming up every time I shortlist something for an upgrade. Currently in a 2BHK in Wakad, already have a home loan, looking for a 3BHK or maybe a small villa. I'm eyeing a 5-7 year horizon. Is the appreciation potential really there, or is it mostly hype? If I need to sell in 5 years, how easy is it? What kind of premium can one expect? Also, what about the proposed Ring Road or other infra? Will it actually boost value or just add to chaos? Is the price jump from a 2BHK in Wakad worth it here?

Bhai, Mundhwa ka hype toh real lag raha hai. Mera ek dost ne 2 saal pehle liya tha, already 20% appreciation dikh raha hai usko. Especially for a 5-7 year horizon, I think it's a solid bet. Wakad se transition sahi rahega, connectivity improve ho rahi hai, especially with all the IT growth nearby.
Totally agree! Jis rate se Kharadi aur Hadapsar develop ho rahe hain, Mundhwa is the next logical step for anyone looking for good
