Mundka 3BHK prices: Is the premium justified?
Budget finalized for a 3BHK, but I'm really stuck on Mundka and its bordering areas in Gurugram. Currently in a 2BHK near Sector 57, paying around ₹1.5 Cr EMI, so upgrading means a significant jump. I'm seeing prices for 3BHKs here around ₹1.8-2.5 Cr. Is this price justified for the newer developments? Builders like Godrej and Tata have projects, but quality ka kya scene hai? Honestly, not sure if this premium is worth it. Also, metro connectivity ka kya haal hai? I work near Cyber City. Does anyone commute daily from Mundka? Kitna time lagta hai and what about the last-mile connectivity? Traffic during peak hours kaisa hota hai? Heard about some new infra projects, but on ground reality kya hai?
