MVN Athens: Brochure vs. daily life reality check

Greater Noida West – MVN Athens has been on my radar for a while. I finally visited the completed project last week, and honestly, the brochure pics and reality felt a bit different. The 2BHK I saw was okay, carpet area theek thaak, but amenities ko lekar thoda confused hoon. Like, swimming pool hai, gym hai, but kitna use hota hai daily? Is it genuinely good for daily living, ya just for show? My parents keep saying location matters most. Nearby schools and hospitals ka kya scene hai? Is the area developed enough, ya abhi bhi isolated feel hota hai? Thinking of buying my first property here, so any genuine experience ya advice on livability would be super helpful.
